We only collect what we need to provide care or answer your enquiry, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.

This website
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not set cookies of its own. The Care Quality Commission widget on some pages loads from cqc.org.uk to display our current rating; CQC's own privacy statement applies to that request.
When you contact us
If you fill in a form, ring or email us, we use your name and contact details to respond to you. Enquiry details are emailed to our office and kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted. If you go on to receive care from us, your information becomes part of your care record.
If you apply to work with us
We use the details you give us to consider your application and contact you about roles. If you ask us to, we will keep your details on file for future vacancies, for up to twelve months.
If we care for you
To provide safe care we hold health and personal information about you, and share it where necessary with people involved in your care such as your GP, district nurses, the local authority or the NHS. Our lawful basis is the provision of health and social care, and our contract with you or the organisation funding your care. Care records are kept in line with the Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold, have it corrected or, in some cases, deleted. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
