What small teams mean

Your carers will know which mug you like, where the spare key lives and how you take your tea. The same faces, at the same times, for as long as you need us.

Whatever you need at home, we can probably do it.

We work for the NHS, Staffordshire County Council, people using Direct Payments, and families paying privately.

Personal care and daily living

Washing, dressing, continence and catheter care, medication, help with meals and PEG feeding.

Complex and specialist care

Dementia, Parkinson's, and complex packages needing up to four carers a visit.

End of life care

Palliative care at home, provided for the NHS and for families directly. We think ours is second to none.

Day sits, night sits and respite

Someone to sit with your loved one so you can sleep, work or take a holiday. Occasional or regular.

Practical help and getting out

Shopping, cleaning, laundry, prescriptions, meals, and a chaperone to appointments and outings.

Companionship and check-ins

Company at home, a friendly voice on the phone, or someone to respond when a lifeline pendant is pressed.

The cards on our office wall say it better than we can.

Families write to us after their loved ones have died, and we keep every card. We have typed a few of them up, with names removed.

    Call 01543 495695 between 9am and 4pm, or ask for a call back. Tell us what is going on. We will listen and explain your options, including ones that do not involve us.

  2. A free assessment at home

    If it helps, we visit you at home, at no cost and with no obligation, to understand what you need and what matters to you.

  3. Your team starts

    We agree times that suit you and introduce a small team of carers who will become your regulars. If anything is not right, you tell us and we fix it.
