Our care

From an hour a week to twenty-four hours a day.

We can provide whatever care package you need: one, two, four or eight calls a day, someone to sit overnight, or full round-the-clock support in your own home. Every package is built around the person, not a menu.

CSPC carers are trained to deliver everything from complex packages requiring four carers per visit through to pure companionship. We work alongside district nurses, GPs, occupational therapists and dietitians so that everyone involved in your care is pulling in the same direction.

  • Dementia support
  • Parkinson's support
  • Physical disabilities and sensory impairment
  • Learning disabilities and mental health conditions
  • Complex packages with two, three or four carers per visit
  • Hoisting, moving and handling

Palliative care

End of life care at home

A carer gently holding the hand of an elderly woman resting in bed at home

Most people want to spend their last weeks at home, surrounded by the people and things they love. We provide palliative care for the NHS and for families directly, and we believe our end of life care is second to none. The same small team, day and night, so the people at your bedside are people you know.

If you are receiving Fast Track funding and are worried about what happens when it is reviewed, please read our guide or ring us. You have more choice than you may have been told.

Time to breathe

Day sits, night sits and respite

Do you or a loved one need someone there during the night? Are you caring for someone and unable to take a holiday, or even a full night's sleep, because there is nobody to sit with them? We can help, whether it is one night or an ongoing arrangement.

  • Day sits
  • Night sits, waking or sleeping
  • 24-hour respite in the person's own home
  • Cover for holidays, appointments and emergencies

Night sits can be expensive, which puts many people off asking. We have a range of options that may suit your budget better than you expect, so please ask.

Around the house

  • Chaperone support to appointments and outings

Keeping in touch

Companionship, virtual support and lifeline response

Companionship. Sometimes the most valuable thing we do is turn up, put the kettle on and talk.

Virtual support. If you do not want someone in the house but would like a friendly voice on the end of the phone checking that all is well, we can do that too.

Lifeline response. How many times have you had to leave work or rush home because a lifeline pendant has been pressed? We can be the people who respond.

Paying for care

Simple, flat and honest.

We charge one flat rate. There are no hidden fees and no increments for evenings or weekends. We will talk you through the cost before anything starts, and we do not tie you into a contract: if you are not happy with our service, simply tell us and we will withdraw.

We work with

  • The NHS, including Fast Track and Continuing Healthcare
  • Staffordshire County Council (social services)
  • People using Direct Payments
  • Families paying privately

Read about Direct Payments if you would like more control over who provides your care.

Tell us what you need. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.

A conversation costs nothing and there is no obligation. We will listen, explain your options and, if it helps, arrange a free assessment at home.
