Complaints
If something is not right, we want to know.
We would much rather hear about a problem than have you put up with it. Here is how to raise a concern, and what happens next.
Step 1: tell us
Speak to your carer, or ring the office on 01543 495695 and ask for the registered manager, Clare Pearce. You can also email clare@cspchealthcare.com or write to us at No. 9, Littleton Drive, Huntington, Cannock, Staffordshire WS12 4TS.
Step 2: we investigate
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, look into it properly and give you a written response. Our full complaints procedure, including timescales, is given to everyone who receives care from us; ask the office for a copy at any time.
Step 3: if you are still unhappy
If your care is arranged or funded by Staffordshire County Council, you can complain to them directly. You can also contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, which is free and independent.
Telling the Care Quality Commission
CQC does not investigate individual complaints, but it wants to hear about your experience of care, good or bad, and uses that information when it inspects us. You can give feedback on cqc.org.uk or call CQC on 03000 616161.
Compliments too
If a carer has made a difference, please tell us. We pass every message on, and the cards end up on the office wall.
