A family business that still answers its own phone.
CSPC Healthcare Ltd was founded in 2011 by Clare Pearce and Sharon Coley. Fifteen years on, we are still independent, still based in Huntington, and still run by the people whose names are on the door.
Who we are
We are an independent, family-run domiciliary care agency. We are not a franchise and not part of a chain. We provide home care for anyone aged eighteen and over across Cannock and the surrounding areas, and we can cater for any need, including the most complex.
We know that choosing care for yourself or a loved one is a deeply personal decision. Our carers provide comfort, reassurance and practical support in your own home, so that you can stay there for as long as you choose. We believe in the right support, the right care and the right culture.
How we work
We operate in small care teams per area, so you see the same carers day in and day out, at the same times every day, barring emergencies. It is the single thing families tell us they value most, and it is how care used to be.

Every home care agency in England is inspected by CQC. We have been rated Good in all five areas, safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led, at every rated inspection since ratings began: 2015, 2017 and most recently in September 2026.

Christmas boxes donated to the Pathway Project, a Staffordshire charity supporting people affected by domestic abuse. 
Christmas presents for every one of our clients, wrapped in the office. 
Our Christmas collection of blankets, food and essentials for older people in the local area. 
Our coffee morning raised £255.95 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Sharon and her team cared for my mum for over three months. Everyone was friendly, polite, extremely helpful and treated Mum with the respect she deserved at a very sad time.
